Grown in the lush mountain ranges of the Dominican Republic, Dominican Gold Coffee is truly the cream of the crop. It is grown and cared for with true respect for the environment. The flavor is clean, sweet chocolate notes with herbal complexity. The aroma is malty with floral overtones. In the cup it transforms into a smooth and velvety gourmet cup of coffee. Not a blend, just 100% Dominican Arabica Coffee.
Our Gourmet Coffee
100% Dominican Arabica Coffee, directly from the Dominican Republic. Our gourmet coffee is rich and full with well balanced undertones. The aroma is sweet, malty with floral overtones. In the cup it transforms into a toasty soft palate with a smooth, velvet mouth feel and low acidity.
Eco Friendly, Bird Friendly
We believe in Mother Nature and about 25% of the estate has been set aside for ecological reserves and protection of sources of water and wildlife (mainly birds). Waste-materials from the production process are bio-transformed and reused
on the plantations maintaining the balance in the environment. In short, a responsible and exotic Coffee!
In addition to thousands of pine trees planted, the farm boasts small investigative plantations of Bamboo, Oak, Cedar, Acacias Eucalyptus and tea.
